• Payment using Zelle

    The Trails at Scottsdale (also known as Trails 1) now accepts HOA payments via Zelle. 

    NOTE: We do NOT accept any payments for Trails 2 (Management Company) nor Trails 3 & 4 (website)

    You must setup Zelle on your banking app first.  

    To make a payment to the HOA, you send to the following email address and include the required information in the note / comment, else your payment will not be properly credited to your account.

  • How to send using Zelle

    Zelle to:

    Zelle.Payments@TheTrailsAtScottsdale.org

    Include the following in the NOTE / Comment with your payment.

    • Lot Number   (on the invoice)
    • House number
    • Last name    of home owner
    • First name   of home owner
