      No. The extra parking places belong the the HOA and not the City of Scottsdale.  They are for short term parking for guests who are visiting home owners

      The City of Scottsdale does not allow the draining of swimming pools into any public area.

      Home owners may erect sheds and gazebos in their back yard in accordance with the height restrictions and distance from walls / adjacent house as stipulated in the CCRs.
    • Can I put election campaign signs in my front yard ?

      Home owners are allowed to put campaign signs in their front yard in accordance with 2010 Arizona Statue ARS-33-1808
