  • The Trails at Scottsdale is a 172 home peaceful cul-d-sac pocket neighborhood community of unique single family homes developed by W. R Grace from 1977 through 1979, built for the executives and managers relocating when the Motorola (now General Dynamics) facility was built.

    • Residents love The Trails at Scottsdale for its close proximity to major highways, being 5 minutes from the Loop 101 and less than 10 minutes from the Loop 202.
    • ASU-Tempe Campus is less than 5 miles
    • In close proximity to Casino Arizona and its many restaurants.
    • A short 10 minute from the Trails at Scottsdale and you can hop on the Trolley which takes you to Old Town Scottsdale for the afternoon of shopping or evening dining.

    The Trails at Scottsdale is a few minutes from the shopping centers in the north Mesa / Tempe area. Less than 10 minutes away is Tempe Marketplace which features a Harkins Theatre, Dave and Buster's, a Barnes and Noble, and several other popular retailers. This shopping center is also great for lunch and includes a Red Robin, Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que.

    Long before the subdivision was developed, there were horse trails all through this area made by the Native Americans. Occasionally you may see equestrians riding in the early morning.
