This is the second year the HOA board has enabled online payment of our HOA fees.

Note:  for 2024 fees, the processing fee will be added to your payment.

• Cheddar Up  is a payment website used by many clubs, schools, HOAs and non-profits for obtaining payments of fees, school photos, T-Shits etc.
• The information from the questions we ask is used solely by the HOA to check against our Excel spreadsheets. Primarily we want to know which property, the owner(s) name, and contact details.  This will help us to keep our records current and to know who to contact if there are issues with payments.
• You do not have to signup for a Cheddar UP account in order to use the payment system. None of the HOA board members have a personal Cheddar Up account.
• When you select your payment button, you will be taken to our HOA pages we own and maintain on the Cheddar Up web site.
• Once payment is completed, Cheddar Up will send a detailed email to the address you provided.
